These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made on adntoylab.com.

1. Products

ADN Toy Lab sells physical art toys and related creative products.

All product descriptions and visuals are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly due to handcrafted or artistic production.

2. Orders

By placing an order on the website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

ADN Toy Lab reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or technical error.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed on the website.

Prices include only Tax for Canada ,

Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Payments

Payments are securely processed via Stripe and PayPal.

ADN Toy Lab does not store full payment information.

Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been successfully received.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship internationally to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, carrier operations, or external factors beyond our control.

ADN Toy Lab shall not be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, force majeure events, or other logistical issues outside of our control.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

ADN Toy Lab is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.
ADN Toy Lab is not liable for packages lost, delayed, damaged, or misrouted by the carrier.
ADN Toy Lab is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.

In the event a package is officially confirmed as lost by the carrier, ADN Toy Lab may, at its sole discretion:

Assist the customer in opening an investigation with the carrier, or
Offer a replacement or partial refund only if required by applicable law.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Customs, Import Duties & Additional Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

All such fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

ADN Toy Lab has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

ADN Toy Lab shall not be held responsible for delays, additional costs, refusal of delivery, seizure, or destruction of goods resulting from customs clearance procedures.

If a customer refuses or fails to pay applicable customs or import fees, the shipment may be returned, delayed, or destroyed by customs authorities.

In such cases, no refund will be issued, including shipping costs.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the limited, artistic, and collectible nature of the products, returns and refunds are accepted only in the case of defective or damaged items upon receipt.

No returns or refunds will be issued for:

Refusal to pay customs or import fees

Minor variations inherent to artistic or handcrafted production

Delivery delays caused by carriers or customs

Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
